Shipping Policy

At The Animadverto Project, we take great care to ensure that all artwork is professionally handled and shipped to reach you in pristine condition. Our team is equipped to securely package fine art products to protect them during transit. While most orders arrive within five business days, please note that delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier, and external factors.

Shipping Costs:

For Customers: Shipping costs are your responsibility and will be calculated at checkout. This includes the cost of shipping both to and from our location, should a return or exchange be required.

For Artists: Artists are responsible for the cost of shipping artwork to and from our warehouse. Additional charges for services such as framing or hanging equipment will be assessed based on the complexity and scope of the work. We will always communicate these costs clearly in advance.

Return & Exchange Policy

At The Animadverto Project, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we do not accept returns for artwork if you simply change your mind after purchase.

Damaged Artwork:
In the rare instance that your artwork arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a replacement, provided we have other editions available. To process your replacement request, please provide clear photographic proof of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. If a replacement is unavailable, we will refund the full amount you paid or work with you to offer a discount on similar items for purchase. This policy ensures we can address the issue without requiring you to return the damaged piece.
